Super Ninja Zone Refund Policy

Super Ninja Zone offers refunds for its various services. Please read below for the refund policies regarding each service.

Super Ninja Zine has obstacles for all ages and skill Levels. Skill level and ability vary from person to person, regardless of age or height. Some obstacles are harder than others for individuals to attempt and/or complete. For all services, there are no refunds for lack of experience satisfaction, inability, or lack of willingness to attempt or complete obstacles regardless of age or skill level. Play, train, explore, and exercise at your own risk, there are no refunds in the event of an injury.

Open Gym

• Open gym passes are good for 1-Hour, 2-Hours, or All Day play. Each Pass has different price points.
• A participant with a 1-hour pass chooses not to stay for the entire hour, which is non-refundable.
• A participant with a 2-hour pass who chooses to stay for 1 hour, is refundable for the 1-hour difference upon request.
• A participant with a 2-Hour Pass that stays longer than 1 Hour, but not the full 2 hours, is non-refundable
• A participant with an All-Day pass is non-refundable for staying for any length of time less than they planned or anticipated.
• Open Gym passes that are purchased online and not used within 30 days are non-refundable. Refunds for all online Open Gym purchases must be submitted via request to nicole@superninjazone.com

Classes

• Make-ups for missed classes. Students who miss a week of Ninja can receive a free 2-hour Open Gym session in place of the missed class. If there is advanced notice, the student has the option to attend class on a different night during the week of the missed class (as long as there is space in other available class nights) or use a free 2-hour Open Gym.
• If you sign yourself (adult class) or your child up (Ninja Warrior Class) for a session, and several weeks are missed, no refund will be given.
• If unforeseen circumstances occur (e.g. extended sickness, a sudden move, or a sudden change in a custodial agreement that prevents the child from attending) we will offer a refund for missed classes.
• All drop-in classes are nonrefundable for no-shows. 

Birthday Parties

• Birthday party deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the date of the party. Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled party.
• You have the option of rescheduling your party in the event of changes in plans.
• Birthday Parties are non-refundable for low invitee attendance.

Camps and Events

• Refunds are available in the event of sickness/illness with notice.
• Refunds are available in the event of an on-site injury that prevents the camper from participating
• No refunds for no-call/no-show campers
• No refunds for lack of participation
• No refunds for lack of experience satisfaction
• No refunds for misbehavior that results in an early release, suspension, or ban.
