NEW WAIVER REQUIREMENTS! **PLEASE READ**

All person's entering the facility must have a waiver signed. 

All participants must have a waiver signed.

Spectators (adults and children) must have a waiver signed.

Adults who are dropping off/picking up children for camp do not need to sign a waiver. 

Waivers must be signed before entering the facility. (Anywhere past the front desk)

The "Minor Participants Only" waiver is for minors who will be in the facility without their legal guardian. (Ages 13+, Day Camp kids, Kids taking classes whose parents drop them off for the hour.)

Legal Guardians must sign waivers for minors.

Babies and Toddlers that are in the facility must have a waiver signed.

Waivers are valid for 1 year.
